Fee Structure

Design Fees are tailored to the needs of a specific project and are generally based on a combination of flat fee, hourly rates and mark up, depending on phase of project.

Consultations are based on hourly rate.

Schematic Design, Programming & Contract Documents are generally a flat fee based on scope.

Design Development can be flat or hourly, depending on project.

Contract Administration is generally an hourly rate, typically based on weekly meeting.

Purchasing is based on hourly fee and mark up.

Each project is approached individually, based on the scope and details involved.
